90 Day Manufacturers’ Limited Warranty - Fireplaces
The manufacturer warrants the InFlame Fireplace and Firebox free from substantive defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase. Manufacturer’s liability under the foregoing warranty is limited to replacement of goods, or repair of defective parts at the sole discretion of the InFlame. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made by the Manufacturer, and none shall be imputed or presumed.
Limited Lifetime Warranty - Barbeques
InFlame Fireplaces Inc. warrants the outer Stainless Steel finish for the FireStone Electric Barbeque (model LG20i/e) free from substantive defects in workmanship and materials for a lifetime*. This Warranty does not warrant the stainless steel cart sold separately. (It is recommend that the bbq and the entire BBQ cart be covered at all times when not in use. *Some restrictions apply. Please contact InFlame for details.
1 Year Limited Warranty - Barbeques
InFlame Fireplaces Inc. warrants all electrical components for the FireStone Electric Barbeque (model LG20i/e and model LG20e) free from substantive defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. FireStone Model CNE20 does not qualify for this warranty. InFlame Fireplaces Inc. warrants the outer Porcelain finish for the FireStone Electric Barbeque (model LG20e) free from substantive defects in workmanship and materials for a 1 Year. Chipping of porcelain is common due to exposure to high heat and is not covered under this warranty.
60 Day Manufacturers’ Limited Warranty - Barbeques
The manufacturer warrants the Firestone CNE20 free from substantive defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 60 days from the original date of purchase. Manufacturer’s liability under the foregoing warranty is limited to replacement of goods, or repair of defective parts at the sole discretion of the Manufacturer. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made by the Manufacturer, and none shall be imputed or presumed.
Terms and Conditions
All Warranties do not apply to damages resulting from improper assembly and/or installation of the product, improper handling or operation of the product, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, unauthorized repairs attempted or made, damage caused by outdoor use, damage caused by excessive dampness, or damage caused by use of the product for commercial purposes. This warranty does not apply if gel products or combustibles other than approved InFlame Premium Alcohol Gel are burned in the product. Each Warranty is independent of all other warranties and cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other warranty expressed or implied, including warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose and excludes any and all liability for incidental or consequential damages for any cause whatsoever.
Parts as listed in this warranty that prove to be defective, with respect to the proper function of the product during the warranty period, will either be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of InFlame Inc. Customers must fill out and return the Warranty Form supplied with every unit in order to be registered. Only registered Customers will be eligible for Warranty claims.
Warranty Claim
Should repairs or replacement become necessary during the warranty period, send the defective part, pre-paid delivery, and parcel post, addressed to ‘Warranty Services’, to the address below. The original receipt for proof-of-purchase or proof of residence address for approved building projects must accompany the product in order for the warranty to be valid. Photocopies, facsimiles or reproductions of a receipt will not be accepted without exception.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for assessment and repair or replacement of parts not including delivery time. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferrable.
